Bob and Ida decided they were going to finish their basement to make it more comfortable for their church guests. They wanted a simple open concept with a bedroom and bathroom. They had a budget that allowed for a stand-alone fiberglass shower. The 42” neo angle shower was a nice fit for this bathroom. It was not going to get a lot of use so this was perfect. The toilet is a Toto dual flush. The bathroom location was not equipped with a heat vent nor was there any ducting nearby. In these situations I like to use a wall heater that is thermostatically controlled. The 1500watt heater is ample for the bathroom and is not obtrusive. The marble top vanity with the under mount sink is from Plumbing and Parts. The porcelain 13×13 floor tiles were from Lowes.
