After advising Lisa about possibly using Dricore as a subfloor system she immediately chose to have the Dricore installed. It does add a bit of cost to your job but your floor will be warmer and should you have a small leak your flooring will survive without damage. Dricore or any subflooring system is not required for carpet or laminates but it is nice.
