Here AGGroup has framed in the walls complete with blocking. All the bulkheads have been framed with 2x4 spruce and blocked as well. The entire room has been covered in 6ml poly. You will note the electrical boxes or (any box on an outside wall for that matter) have been sealed with poly and tuck taped for an air tight seal. The fireplace is taped off so I don't get any drywall mud on the face of the fireplace while taping.
